To place an order, simply visit the GroceryHub’s website, browse through our wide range of product selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can either opt for a pickup option or you can provide a delivery address. Then choose a payment method to complete your order.

Creating an account is simple. Click on the 'Create account' button on our My Account page, fill in the required details, and set a password. An account will help you track orders, save your address, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

We provide delivery across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. For detailed information on delivery, including estimated delivery times, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section on our website.

Orders placed by 02:00 pm on weekdays are typically shipped the same day. In high-demand situations such as festive seasons and during black friday sales, it may take up to two business days or more. Any orders after Friday 2:00 PM & on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Further shipping timings are mentioned in the shipping and return page.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can reliably track your order through our delivery partner, Post NL, using the information provided in the email. This allows you to stay updated on the delivery status of your order.

Yes, the shipping rates may vary based on the box weight and order volume. We'll communicate any additional packaging requirements and associated costs via email if it's beyond standard orders.

If you miss a delivery, we will first attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbor. If unavailable, a note with a reschedule code will be left for you to arrange a new delivery time. A second missed delivery will result in your parcel being held at a nearby PostNL Pickup Point in your area for three weeks.

You can return food items within 7 days and non-food items within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with Dutch regulations. Refer shipping and returns policy .

To return an item, please email us at info@groceryhub.nl with your order number and also the reason why you want to return. We’ll sent you a Retour shipping label which will enable you to return your order free of charge.

Opened or used goods, perishables, and items beyond the 7-day period for food and 14-day period for non-food items are non-returnable & non-refundable. Also, insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted. If the goods reach you in damaged condition, please contact us via email with a picture of the damaged goods.

We deliver to most mainland areas. Island deliveries may incur additional costs. Please reach out to us for specific inquiries regarding island delivery.
