Khannum Ghee is a creamy yellow-colored product that remains solid at normal temperatures. It is typically manufactured from sweet cream, whey cream, lactic, or whey butters. Khannum Ghee typically has a melting point in the range of 30 degrees Celsius to 35 degrees Celsius.
